Tara joined the firm in 2020. She was previously a Vice President at Swander Pace Capital, which she joined in 2015. Prior to joining Swander Pace Capital, Tara worked in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group within KeyBanc Capital Markets. Tara earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Miami University.
