Universal Precision Instruments Acquired by ARCH Global Precision
Dec. 17, 2018 /ARCH Global Precision/ — ARCH Global Precision (“ARCH”), a Strength Capital Partners and Main Post Partners platform company that is focused on manufacturing precision cutting tools, precision machined industrial components and medical implants and instruments has acquired Universal Precision Instruments (“UPI”), located in Elkhart, Indiana. UPI is a manufacturer of high-precision medical instruments and guide wires for a number of leading medical OEMs, primarily in support of spinal surgeries. Post close, UPI will become part of ARCH’s growing medical division, ARCH Medical Solutions (“AMS”).
